We designed a welcome cocktail inspired by the origins of Mercules from the Basque Country, L'Astobizkar: a central ice stone sculpted on the spot, a mix of rum, pommeau infused with star anise, cold coffee, Pedro Ximénez and lime. For the rest of the evening we enjoyed the rest of their drinks menu accompanied by dishes they were bringing out of the kitchen, impressive. Make a note of the place if you're visiting the city soon!
